The Inspector was very knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information on the workings of the mechanicals in the home we are purchasing. He answered all our question, and we had many!. Buying a house can be a very scary thing, but with his help I feel more at ease that there will be no surprises down the road. His report was very easy to understand, but very informative.
